Gabi Beach
Spanish, Nature Study
My name is Gabi Beach and I am really looking forward to teaching at CCE this school year! I taught at Our Lady Of Lourdes Classical Catholic School for 3 years as the assistant teacher for Kindergarten and 1st grade. We heavily focused on phonics and the foundations of reading and writing. From there, I transitioned to a different role in Catholic schools as a school counselor through St. Raphael Counseling. I am currently the school counselor at another school in the archdiocese where I work with K-8 students one-on-one, in groups, and as whole classes. I am so excited to be back in the classroom setting at CCE and looking forward to getting to know the community!
Brittany Beach

Brittany Beach is a proud mother to eight children. She homeschooled her own children for eight years and is passionate about doing education well. She received a BA from Eastern University in Anthropology and Missions. When not teaching, you can find Brittany playing games with her children, baking bread, or reading a good book in her hammock.
Darci Byrnes
Newspaper and Yearbook, Doctors of the Church & Mariology, Play Production
Darci Byrnes is a wife and homeschooling mother of seven. She grew up in Arvada and graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a double major in Humanities & Catholic Culture and Theology. Darci has 18 years of homeschooling experience and has held various leadership roles within the homeschool community. Since 2016, Darci has taught a variety of classes at CCE, including Mariology & Doctors of the Church, Art, Physics, Geography,
Theater, Play Production, Woodworking, AmeriTowne & International Towne, History and Civics. She is passionate about learning and has a heart for children – a combination that comes across in each of her classes.
Alicia Coyle
Beginning Drama, Play Performance
Alicia Coyle is a mother and educator of four girls. She has a Masters in Theology from the Augustine Institute. She also taught at Golden View Classical for two years before the arrival of her first baby. She is passionate about drama, theology, philosophy, baking, hiking, and much more.
Michelle Dowling
Basic Art Skills
My name is Michelle Dowling and I love art. I have helped my children throughout their life and I am a self taught artist. I hope to bring a fresh approach to art and will be teaching the essentials of art using different mediums.
Faith Downs
Handicrafts: The Lost Skills, Crafting with the Saints
Faith was raised on a small farm in Vermont where she was homeschooled from 1st to 12th grade. As a child, she was involved in 4H where she learned homesteading skills such as sewing, quilting, bread making, and how to raise livestock. Faith’s community was primarily small to medium sized dairy farms. She studied at the College of New Rochelle in New York where she earned a BA in English and Classics, and at the University of Connecticut earning an MA in Comparative Literature. Faith taught Latin as a Teacher’s Assistant in graduate school, and has taught introductory and creative writing courses. Faith managed a bakery in the state of Maine where she met her dashing and charming husband, who she now has three beautiful children with. Faith has continued to expand her homestead related skills to provide and care for her family and friends.
Kate Feltes
Beginner Latin, World Geography
Mrs. Feltes grew up with a Latin teacher for a father, and went on to study Latin in high school and college. She has always loved studying geography, whether in a formal class or as an independent study. Mrs. Feltes studied at Thomas Aquinas College and Eastern Michigan University. When not busy homeschooling her children, she enjoys spending time in nature, visiting various countries on Google maps, and singing with a local choir.
Anthony Gallegos
Martial Arts
Mr. Gallegos has been a martial arts instructor/coach for many years now. He is a life-long student of the martial arts and has enjoyed using the arts as a bridge to understanding and teaching virtue. His joy as an instructor is seeing his students accomplish their goals after making a determined choice to persevere.
Alison Glass
Nifty 50 US Geography
Mrs. Alison Glass graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2001 with a BA in Theology and Sociology. She then went on to get her JD from Ave Maria School of Law. Upon graduation she moved to the Denver area, met her husband Tim, and worked as a Deputy District Attorney and then as an Arapahoe County Attorney. After her third child was born, she quit work to stay home and be a full-time wife and mother. She and Tim now have 7 children from 3 to 17 years old. Alison has coached or been assistant coach for her young childrens’ various sports teams. She enjoys all kinds of sports and athletic endeavors. As a passionate lifelong learner she is excited to teach at CCE and share her knowledge and gifts with her students.
Aaron Mikita
Highlight PE
Coach Mikita has over 17 years of coaching and leadership experience. He has coached youth from age 4 to high school. As a two-sport athlete in high school (basketball and soccer), he excelled at soccer as an All-State Defensemen and led his high school team to their first state championship appearance in 30 years. Mr. Mikita has been coaching with Frassati Sports since its inception and was named a 2019 Coach of the Year by the Colorado Soccer Association. He and his wife of 20 years, along with their four children, are parishioners at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Parish in Littleton, CO, where Mr. Mikita has served as a religious education instructor. He is currently the Athletic Director at Bishop Machebeuf High School.
Karma Langer
Picture-Perfect Science, Biology Exploration, Biology
During a high school backpacking trip in the Sierra Nevada mountains, Karma was inspired by God’s creation and realized her passion to foster awe and respect for God’s creation in others. She received a B.S. in natural resources and then a B.A. in middle school, math and science teaching. National parks and nature centers are her favorite job sites, but being in a traditional classroom for nine years was her joyful career before homeschooling her three kids. She received more than 250 hours of training for the Environmental Education Certification of North Carolina and this is her foundation for her teaching perspective. Karma also received a six-year formation to be a catechist for all three levels of the Montessori-method Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, which also influences Karma’s teaching style. She continuously leads outdoor educational programs in local parks and is excited to bring life-applicable and hands-on scientific inquiry to our students.
Martha Slattery
Crochet, Choir
Mrs. Slattery, mom to four CCE students on our third year of attending. I will be teaching crochet and choir this year. I love to craft and sing and I’m excited to bring your kids along with me on this new adventure!
Dani Warner
Music & Movement, Beginning Irish Dance, Irish Dance 2
Dani, a Colorado native, has been dancing since the age of 3 and has no plans to stop. She has been teaching at a local dance studio, Joyful Soles, for three years, and as a call-on substitute for four years. Recently, Dani danced the lead in the spring production of The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe,’ playing the part of the White Witch. She also participated in a mission trip to Latvia and Prague, where she performed with four other dancers at the International Music Festival in Prague. She is currently working to obtain her Associates in business. Dani loves to teach kids how to use their movements to worship God and to tell the story of Jesus.
Agata Weitl

I am a mother to four children and have been homeschooling for the past six years. I was born and raised in Poland but have lived in Colorado for the past 26 years. I love exploring the outdoors, traveling, learning new things but most of all adore hanging out with my family and animals on our mini farm in the mountains.
